Where can I make my own system of time?
I'm making a story that takes place on another planet. So time is measured differently (ex: 30 second = 1 minute, 90 min. = 1 hour, and so on). Is there a website where I can make my own system of time and possibly sync it to our real calendar?

Anywhere you like. AS far as I know, there is no web site designed to do such an obscure thing as you describe.

Time is based on the solar orbit around the sun and lunar orbits around the earth. If you get a copy of the Book of Enoch, the longer Ethiopian copy, The second part lays out the years and times to great detail. It would be very difficult to come up with another time system.

You can do that anywhere you want. If you know how to write a simple computer program, you can program a clock in whatever system very easily.
