I used to quite often (spider solitaire). Then I realized this activity wasn't developing any useful abilities, so i shifted to answerbag. Then I was honing my response skills as well as thinking about thought provoking questions to ask. (hello Linda Joy)

Linda Joy Hey Roaring! I've missed you! I think playing these games keeps your mind sharp. I also play sudoku occasionally and put puzzles together as well.
