That's how my marriage went - in 1986. It lasted 48 days, though. But it taught me a lesson. I've been a free spirit ever since.

There are pros and cons. Some people have financial benefits to getting married, like employers want to hire married people because they are slaves to their families. However benefits need to be considered like how much will this affect my income tax or any other govt benefits. I know a couple that is married but they represent themselves as single and living together. It solves a lot of problems for them. I don't know what but it does.
