If you could ask for "one new feature" on Answerbag, what would it be?
You never know if the AB administration is reading your answer. I would like to see a feedback notification button.

Army Veteran Having the ability to answer the same question twice is a good thing. A person might give one answer and then later, want to give a different perspective. If people don't like answering the same question twice they should scroll down to see if they've already answered before doing so again. -
Jenny The Great ⭐ Linda Joy, I actually was one of the first if not the first to ask these questions late in 2017. Too bad AB does not have a timeframe. I am very cautious when asking questions. So I know what will be a Duplicate question before asking. I have asked a similar question before. It was worded differently. It asked: "What new features would you like to see on Answerbag?" What I am asking now is if you can ask for "one new feature" in nothing more, nothing less. Other questions from other AB'ers that have caught on to this demand have asked similar questions, but it is how a question is worded that separates it from the rest.

Jenny The Great ⭐ 1465, a question being the same as another question is if all the words are matching. The problem here, pamela must have seen another question that resembles mine. Without her adding a link, her answer is futile. I still gave her a thumbs up, as I do with everyone for stopping by.

Linda Joy I think 1465 said it better than I did. I think pamela was asking for a feature that lets you know if you've already answered a question. There is a feature to let you notify staff that its a duplicate. I agree that a person should be allowed to answer more than once, especially if they have more than one perspective. But when you answer as many questions over as much time as I have sometimes its hard to remember and as Jenny pointed out sometimes they are different people asking. At my age I forget all the time. So I usually scan the answers and look for my avatar before answering. I've even clicked on a question that I asked before, forgetting I was the one who asked it.

I'd like notifications to return but that's an old feature. An easy way to tell how old a question is would be good.

Look at the q_view number in the address line. New AbQ's will start with 3500000 + They go back 4 or 5 years, but they are in order of when they were posted. Those with numbers before 2000000 are old AB.

I think it would be a great idea if Answerbag would make it that it would be easier to make comments on how other members replied to the question.

The ability to create paragraphs. One of the hardest things to read is an answer that drags on and on in a single-paragraph format. Being able to break the comments into paragraphs would make it a lot easier to read.

Add a judgement feature, like points, or a vote-down feature. 😋 If the trolls could get down votes they probably wouldn't troll anymore.

It would only be used by the trolls to downvote any answer they disagree with. Just report them and they'll get pb'd. Otherwise anyone who disagrees with you politically or religiously you will downvote. I already know this by the way you post with personal attacks on anyone you disagree with. -

Hulk, pb'd is also used as PB. That means the penalty box.

I agree with Yaffle. I'd like to have notifications back that tell us when and who commented on my answer or liked my question.

No penalty box. If someone breaks the rules they should get 3 warnings for each time they are not civil so on the third warning their account should be temporarily suspended for a week. 30 days in the penalty box is too long which this website allows for. There should be a notification for all users when someone comments on another person’s answer.
