No. Just the opposite...it's a classic woman. The prefix "cis" (used, for example, in chemistry) refers to something on the "near side" (as opposed to the "far side"). In "politically correct speak", someone described as "cisgender" is someone whose supposed psychological gender corresponds to their biological gender. (I suppose: their psychological gender is "near" to their biological gender.)
