Wow, did you know that for adults the statute of limitations on rape in New York is only 5 years?!! https://www.shubinlaw.com/new-york-state-sexual-abuse-statute-limitations/ I don't know if he's guilty or not, and I doubt he remembers much of anything, much less that far back! But if he did do it he should be held accountable. Do you think he did it?

Linda Joy I disagree with that line of thinking. Many rape cases go unreported. No one wants to go through that. Most only do to keep them from hurting others.
