    Just so you know, the "good buddy" slang fell by the wayside around the time licenses were no longer needed. The meaning changed to refer to homosexuality.

    The Briar fox (KTH5155) had the strongest base in the Eagle Valley of Colorado along I70 back in the 1970s. I enjoyed talking to many friends along the highway. On SSB I even reached into Alaska a time or two. Those were the fun days of CB.
