The absorption process begins around 3-6 hours after eating the vitamins, but the 'healthy' part includes the whole grain as well which cleans the bowel with roughage. And really only you know when that happens and I don't want to know! haha

And I'll just stick with my rolled oats, its cheaper anyway! For anyone who doesn't like oat meal fixed traditionally you may want to look up a granola recipe, its not hard at all! I also like oatmeal with applesauce or little chunks of apple. My grandson asked if I could make it less 'mushy' so I bought old fashioned oats and poured boiling water on them to cook without stirring. He liked that much better.

Linda JoyYou may also want to get a different source for your dietary suggestions! But then before I read this I thought Cheerios were healthy, too! And there's no real proof GMO's are bad for you.
