I recently started ordering online and they have been very helpful with customer service. I think people just like to dog Walmart. They provide a lot of jobs and tax revenue for our area. Its not their job to be all things to all people. Its their job to earn money for their investors. If Walmart wasn't there would be a lot of people in the area unemployed! I'm guessing you had a bad experience. I did too, years ago, but that happens now and again, especially if you shop there often and usually depends on the current management or sometimes just one employee. Not the entire company. What happened?

Rick MyresTheir self check outs. I contacted them online about it. I told them I make a lot of mistakes with the self check out and they responded with no word about it.

Boola BooI absoutely try to avoid the self-checkout. Kroger recently added scan and go. When it was offered to me by an employee I politely reminded her that "I do not work here."

Linda JoyThat's what I like about ordering online. They deliver it to your door. They also have curbside pickup at the local store just down the hill. That's important for people who have arthritic shoulders.

Archie BunkerBoola, I'm the same. I refuse to use the self-checks outs. I understand why the places use them now and will probably increase their use ($15 minimum wage anyone?), but I don't work in retail so I won't ring up my stuff.

Too bad there aren't many Kmarts left, huh? 😏

Walmart does. Higher-ups do. * Individual employees, and sometimes even store managers, often do not. * Report impolite or other inappropriate behavior by employees online. In my (recent) experience, doing so does get results, especially if the inappropriate behavior is repeated (and therefore your reports are repeated).
