The idea of indictment was bandied about for both Bill Clinton and Nixon. In both cases, no court ruling provided direction; it was determined that it was better to allow impeachment to play out.

I get the rule about not indicting a sitting President. I get the logic behind it and even agree with it. I just think it's comical that SHE is saying it, considering the shit she did.
