  • You said it yourself: "Instead he sinned and brought death." This is why you never hear of saviors, but a Savior. 1 Peter 2:21-22 "For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in His steps. 22 He committed no sin, neither was deceit found in His mouth."
  • probably not

Your comment shows how many who claim to be Christian yet they refuse to learn truths and therefore remain ignorant.
  • If man/woman had never sinned there would be no need of a savior at all. I don't understand what a sinless Adam would have saved us from.

If Adam and Eve had never been disobedient to the Lord God's Command to not eat from the tree of good and evil we would all be living in the Garden of Eden. Our sin of disobedience is what keeps us suffering. However when Jesus Christ rose from the dead everyone in the world was forgiven of their sin if they believe in Jesus Christ as their Saviour. (Romans 10:4). If however one does not believe in Jesus Christ they are still under the old law. Those of us who believe are as Adam and Eve were before the fall.
  • Adam created the need for a savior. Before Adam disobeyed God, there wasn’t anybody to save.
  • Eve disobeyed God before Adam, so maybe he could have saved her..

All Adam need do was ask forgiveness but instead he blamed Eve who in turn blamed the serpent. Because of his love for Eve he also chose to eat of the fruit she gave him. From teaching I received at one time. The Lord God loved Adam and Eve and cared deeply for them after they were removed from Eden. In fact the Lord God sent the Word to Adam and Eve a number of times when He placed them in the Cave of Treasures as given in the book of that name as well as the forgotten books of Eden. These are books that were rejected by the Counsel of Trent when they assembled the 66 books of the Bible. They greatly expand the occurrences from Adam to Jesus Christ.
