What is it called when we do something without learning it from someone else ? Like how do we know as kids to draw the sun in the corner or that the floor is lava ?

My floor is not lava and no child I've ever known has drawn it as such. And kids draw the sun where they've seen it drawn by others in books or paintings. Stick pictures are examples of copying what they've seen. Barring that I'd say children are usually very literal and draw things as they see them in their local environment. As for your first question, things we do without being taught are called instinct. Things like the sucking reflex or breathing.
