A panda wants to swing on a vine like Tarzan, creating a simple panda-lum.
Unfortunately, the vine is too weak to handle the tension created by the panda.
The panda starts at a point with the vine outstretched horizontally to its full length l and that makes a 90o
angle with the vertical. If the panda has a mass m and the max tension in
the rope is T, show that the speed of the panda when the vine breaks is
𝑣 = √2𝑙𝑇/3m
