Why does my neck pop when i inhale?
Ever since I had a compression injury on the top of my head my neck pops when inhaling. It started the next day happening once in awhile, now it happens constantly. Sometimes there is a sharp pain other times there's a dull ache. I've had an xray and everything looked fine I also went to physical therapy. It seems to get worse every week and affects me more psychologically than physically. The pop is extremely loud other folks hear it to. It feels like something is popping out of my neck and slamming back in within a split second. It gets worse when I drive, if I rotate my neck around I hear many smaller pops. Any clue to what is happening? I don't think this is normal cavitation.
