I quit buying Charmin toilet paper when they produced a commercial insinuating that mom has to fetch the tissue for everyone in the house! What, people who can poop by themselves can't check to see if there's tissue first? But it wasn't necessarily to motivate them to change I didn't even tell anyone but just because I didn't like their brand because of that.

I stopped buying tuna from a company that was doing some creepy animal and environmental stuff. I went 2 years without tuna sandwiches.
