Flirts with me but does not follow me back on Instagram, does she like me?

Hello! There's this girl I like in my group at school that usually never talks to me, but recently started to smile at me, she talks and pays most attention to me (we keep eye contact), and even touches me on my shoulder/leg/arm sometimes, whenever I say something to her on Snapchat she replies straight away, but the does not follow me back on Instagram, what do you guys think? Does she like me or is she just playing?
