When HR discusses my psychometric-personality test results during the recruitment process, what does this mean? Accepted or rejected?
Are they still considering me for the job? After numerous interviews with a potential employer (has taken a few weeks), I was then given a psychometric and personality test. The job hasn't been filled yet but they wish to discuss with me my results in person. I thought people didn't get feedback on results because if they didn't fit, they'd get a rejection letter. Why would HR spend so much time one someone they didn't like? Is this normal? Could I be potentially have the job or not? This job process is new to me...
