The thing is I am a straight boy and am male I just look girly and do not know what to do.

Well, then let time have some effect as it will. You'll look older when you get older. Muscle tone will change your appearance a bit. Clothes help. A mustache could be grown. Tinted glasses can change a face. (Although most of what people perceive is sheer attitude. Look at male mannerisms and practice the ones that really might help you establish yourself. These are all possibilities. In the meantime....you probably also need to find out what job you'd like in life too, right? (Go to the book store, and walk around without a plan. Pay attention to the books that make you feel interested enough to pick them up. Thats a good way to let your subconscious tell your conscious what it knows! ;) It'll show you what you like, even things youre not aware of yet. And whatever you find your interest is, you should probably go with it (it's only people who stifle themself who end up unhappy, or if they argue about things rather than plunge ahead joyfully) so...you gotta find who you is, and then find happy in being you. Accept what you are gratefully, and willingly, and with gusto ...a positive enthused attitude for living, you know? People like confident people, and positive people. You could adopt a saying or two, an attitude, some body language. Word of caution though: dont just start being pretentious: people will see through that. Just be you. Develop whats in there, let you shine. You'll do well. As soon as you realize how cool you actually are. :)
