Buying a house...
My husband and I are 24 and newlyweds. We want to buy a house and got approved for a 250K loan, but all the houses in this range are far from where we live and not the area we want. Our yearly combined income is about 100K, but being a first time homebuyer we are not really sure what is a good mortgage. What should we do? Better our credit for a better loan approval? Or move away not where we want to be?
