About how much would it generally cost to make a 64-bIT game?

I have a couple polished ideas for some games I want to pay to create. Some will be fairly complexed (includes intermediate level A.I or create-a-map mode). I understand pricing varies and can get very technical but I would like just a estimation of how much it would be for each game. Thank you.
