If I won the lottery I'd still work a two week notice. Everyone else I know says they wouldn't be so considerate. Would YOU work a notice if you won?

I can't answer this as I am working for myself, but if I did win the lotto I will not stop working. Money goes quickly and I will rather live life comfortably forever instead of living like a king for 2 years.

Yes and that is because the money has gone to there heads. People think money is everything and get you everything. So they either think they are better than others while they have it and cry because they lost all there friends after they lost all there money or they spend it on the wrong things like trying to buy friends and sadly once the money dries up, those so called friends does to, but I do think people that do win the lotto, should quit there jobs, expecially if they weren't happy there, they should work a two week notice in respect of there employer, but they must not stop working. They can always start something for themselves

I'd probably feel an onus to work much more than two weeks. I doubt I could "transfer" necessary info to a new employee in just two weeks.

Giving a 2-week notice shows integrity. Unfortunately, employers don't respect always your loyalty. After working the 2 weeks I gave notice for (moving to a better job), the boss called me into his office to give me my final paycheck. Instead of handing it to me with a little schpiel about the job I quality of work I performed, he threw it at me and told me to "get out".
