Brainstorming ideas for creating a table-top game based off of Dungeons and Dragons
Developing a generic non-campaign DnD game where players play as Rogues in a dark, "One in the Chamber" style minigame. Looking for DM ideas for:
1. How to arrange fog of war lighting
2. Ideas for interesting trap rooms
3. Common items that would help easily flesh out and teach DnD concepts.
Thanks for helping me brainstorm, I'm pretty excited to try setting this up.
Any questions on what I have so far, and I'll gladly give a couple of deets.

Whenever I try to figure out these types of problems, I use a mind map (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mind_map). It's a fantastic way to generate and connect ideas. If you want to do it on your computer, you can use something free like Freemind (freemind.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page) which is Java so it runs on all platforms. Good luck on your game!
