Nothing at all. haha. The first two weeks I had mine pierced, I had heightened sensitivity, but that soon died down. Basically now they are just another place to put jewelry. Other than liking the look of it, it doesn't enhance any feeling.

I really enjoy mine, it is an increased sensitivity for me.
