Why does my body push my husband's semen out of me within minutes after we've had sex? I know fluid and damaged sperm are supposed to be kicked out, but it seems like nothing stays in, even if I try to hold it in. Is this why we're not pregnant yet?

Flowback is supposed to happen anywhere from a few minutes to 45 minutes after sex. It helps to prevent you from becoming pregnant from inferior sperm, and of course get rid of foreign material. It only takes one sperm, and there's millions going in, so don't mourn the lazy ones. Try having an orgasm after he does and not before, that increases your chances of conception slightly.
