    If you mean how to access a file someone has hosted, you simply go to the rapidshare http that the file resides at. If it's been password protected you'll need the pass. You will be presented with a choice of free or the premium download. If you haven't purchased an account you're stuck with the free, which will take about a minute to begin the download.
