When my husband and I were dating, he was a "pepperoni pizza face". It didn't bother me but it really bothered him. He went to a dermatologist and went on Accutane. Mind you, it's some serious stuff. Not for everyone, but it certainly worked great. His nuts and lips got all dried out and cracked so he carried around this little tin of stuff called "Bag Balm" and it soothed the cracks.

yes they make body acne wash, or you could see a dermatologist
