To answer the first question: Yes, sibling cats an breed. Siblings are more likely to produce abnormal offspring than an unrelated pair. However, they will not necessarily produce abnormal offsprings. It is quite common for litters of kittens to have multiple fathers. Litter mates may only be half-siblings and not full siblings, making it even less likely that their offspring will be abnormal.

Yes they can and will because the animal world has no incest beliefs.. If there medical issues with the breed or the litter it will compound if they breed. Get them spayed and neutered. It also prevents certains cancers.
