No. It interferes with proper cooking of the turkey. I always make stuffing in a pan. Plus, nowadays I fry the turkey. So it wouldn't work anyway.

I do not recommend to stuff a turkey with stuffing as raw meat is the perfect nest for bacterias such as salmonella, etc.

Unfortunately not this year. Visiting the SO's family in Missouri, where apparently there will be no cooking whatsoever. This makes me sad, because Thanksgiving meals are one of my favorites to plan & prepare. I have an awesome recipe for stuffing that has sausage (home-made), apples, and pine nuts in it =/
