Yes. I had several but never could get them to do what the advertiser said they would do. They were not hardy. Very temperamental as to watering. I managed to kill all by over or under watering. AND still had the flies.

Yes, I have. I was really young. We fed it a lot of ham. It didn't live very long.

Yep. It even flowered. I planted the seeds in a yogurt cup with peat moss in it, and a teeny tiny itty bitty little venus fly trap sprouted out.

Not exactly the American Venus Fly Traps but their Indian cousins which too trap flies and digest them. These too are equally beautiful and colorful carnivorous plants.
