Philips 50 inch tv model 50p8341.noise by bulb on right side.removed bulb and found odd fluid.is it fixable?

the coolant is leaking from the lense assy, the odd noise was likly an high voltage arc from the coolant getting into the yoke - a repacement tube installed will likly run 500-700$ doubtfull to be cost effective
