Just about everything, except foods that are covered with plastic. Take the plastic off before microwaving.

nothing! we do not know what those microwaves do to you , I wont use them, been a lot more cancer since they been out. Cant be sure of them.

I hate food cooked in the Microwave. If I have time I stick it in the oven.

Almost everything. I've even made a biscuit in a mug in the microwave, and I've cooked a box of mac and cheese in the microwave. I've even made a cookie in the microwave. But I draw the line at toast. Toast doesn't do well in the microwave.
