If he didn't lock it in then it comes down to "he said she said" which brings up the fact that he's a cop and you're the accused speeder. Then the factors are weighed in, has the cop been contested before? What about your record? Have you had many speeding tickets? If you have a good driving record then you already have a fair chance of winning, if you have a good record and the cop's ben contested before your chances become greater. etcetera, but here's a thought. Stop speeding?
