Mr Clean Erasers are great for getting soap scum off the shower walls. Dishwashing liquid does a great job of cleaning those shiny shower walls that must not be touched by cleansers.

i have a bag-less vacuum and i put a dryer sheet in to freshen air i spray pledge on my air filter to forced blower system makes the home scented nice and lemony. lemon pine sol in a candle melter, electric makes the whole house smell good and is much cheaper than expensive oils. a little fabric softener and water in a spray bottle sprayed on carpet, not furniture works great and is much cheaper than febreez. +5

Well I use babywipes for so many things..don't use expensive ones as they leave an odour and streak things..they come in handy for many jobs and you can just dispose of them..

here are my tips ;-) Peel a banana from the bottom and you won't have to pick the little 'stringy things' off of it. That's how the primates do it. Store your opened chunks of cheese in aluminum foil.. It will stay fresh much longer and not mold! Peppers with 3 bumps on the bottom are sweeter and better for eating. Peppers with 4 bumps on the bottom are firmer and better for cooking. To keep squirrels from eating your plants, sprinkle your plants with cayenne pepper. The cayenne pepper doesn't hurt the plant and the squirrels won't come near it. Place a dryer sheet in your pocket. It will keep the mosquitoes away. Pin a small safety pin to the seam of your slip and you will not have a clingy skirt or dress. Same thing works with slacks that cling when wearing panty hose. Place pin in seam of slacks and... TA DA!... Static is gone. If you seal an envelope and then realize you forgot to include something inside, just place your sealed envelope in the freezer for an hour or two. Viola! It unseals easily. Hate foggy windshields? Buy a chalkboard eraser and keep it in the glove box of your car. When the windows fog, rub with the eraser! Works better than a cloth! Use your hair conditioner to shave your legs. It's cheaper than shaving cream and leaves your legs really smooth. Oh Oh Oh!! the other day I discovered that I can use my pressure cooker as a steam cleaner! I was using it to sterilise jam jars (yes, i have made a LOT of jam!) anyway - when it came to releasing the steam, i found that I could wipe clean the cupboards around the cooker really easily! Wow!!! A pressure cooker as a steam cleaner! fantastic!

I use those fizzy denture cleaner tablets to clean crystal or glass vases, etc. Pennies in a glass drip coffee pot swished around in a little water will get rid of marks, stains, burnt coffee in the bottom Camomile tea for eye infection/irritation in humans and pets Wooden clothes pegs clipped on my cats scruff to calm them when I need to clip their nails (works every time) I am sure I have lots more which I can't think of right now but I hope this helps someone.

Febreeze Air Effects does wonders at killing fruit flies. Of course my boyfriend could just go cash in his damn beer bottles every now and then and avoid that problem to begin with.

I use lysol toilet bowl cleaner (the blue kind) to take rust stains off. Like when you have a metal base shaving cream can and you get the rust circles.

Toothpaste for tarnished silver. Old shoelaces to string lacrosse sticks. Hockey sock tape instead of surgical tape. Laundry bastets full of warm clothes as a temporary chair. :D Kool-aid for dying my sons hair funny colours. Clear nailpolish for mosquitoes bites. Old socks as cat toys. (fill with catnip, tied shut). Duck-tape for warts. (never done it but heard it works) And I've also heard that kool-aid works as a cleaning product as well, but I have yet to try it. Pressure washer to clean the stains out of clothes.

PUT IN BREAD, BUNS, DANISH, SPAGETTY, NOODLES AND ALL DRY GOODS. KEEP DOOR CLOSED ALL THE TIME EXCEPT WHEN IN USE. YOU'LL FIND YOUR DRY GOODS, BREADS PLUS WILL BE FRESHER FOR LONGER PERIODS OF TIME, LIKE BREADS UP TO 66 DAYS. ALSO ONE REFRIGERATOR IN KITCHEN. IF THERMOSTAT IS JUST BELOW THE FREEZING MARK, MILK AND DIARY WILL NOT GO BAD FOR A MONTH. THEY STAY FRESHER LONGER, SO THERE'S NO WASTE AND YOUR BEER WILL BE CHILLED TO THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE. ALL OTHER FOODS WILL STAY FRESHER LONGER. I'VE USED THIS EXPERIMENT FOR 28 YEARS. I HAVE 5 IN MY KITCHEN.

-I sanitize laundry with vinegar in the rinse.
