False. I have bones like a Clydesdale. I measured myself once for a scale on a fitness tape that was designed to keep you from saying you were big boned when you were really just fat. I was off the charts. The wrist measurement they gave for the biggest frame was smaller than my wrist. I have had one star fracture when I took a direct hit on the shins from the heel of a freshly shod hoof. Its mate sunk two inches into the flesh of the other leg, if that gives you an idea of how hard I was kicked. The fracture did not displace or even crack the bone, I just to this day have the print of that heel embedded in the bone. I may have had some toes broken from being stomped on by a horse, but I didn't have insurance so they were never x-rayed. So to the best of my knowledge, that little star fracture is all I've ever had.
