Well... it varies from person to person... First off styles for girls are designed for exposure. Think about it... Look at girls clothes and look at guys clothes... Girls clothes are designed to show as much of us as possible at times. Sure there are varieties that don't and it is up to the girl to choose which she should or wants to wear. I remember girls in HS with me that hated short skirts and dresses but when a formal event happened that is what they felt they had to wear to "look nice". So if a girl is happy with her body and ok with her appearance in general then she may decide that the short skirt or belly shirt is fine. We are kind of used to being looked at... So if a little is showing we are not like totally embarrassed over it. Yes it can be to feel sexy. Other times it is actually what the girl is most comfortable in. for me personally I used to be a tom-boy... I had a mom that forced me to be a girl as she put it. So she forced me to switch and wear a skirt or a dress everyday of my life even when I was not at school... It was hard at first but I soon learned to love skirts and dresses... now I find I rarely wear pants or shorts... I just don't like them as much. On the belly shirts... I have a few... they are ok but I do feel a little odd exposing just that section. On cleavage... Not much here for me... I don't have much... But it is pretty common knowledge that guys love boobs... so if the girl has nice ones... cleavage is a good way to show them without actually showing them.

There are some parts of a woman which are trademarked for being sexy. Does not matter what shape or size or color they are of. Cleavage is the first crack which can excite a man (or a woman). Legs, thats a little different. For some men just the mention of bare feet gives a hard on.
