If eating a human placenta would be considered cannibalism then no. If not, then maybe.

Of course, 50 million dollars is A LOT of money. A lot of damn money, how would anyone say no?

You may ask but did you know that in some cultures it is the custom for the mother to eat the placenta after she's given birth. it's supposed to increase the childs immune system.. I was assisting in the birth of a baby in New Zealand when The nurse came over to me and said "Doctor when are you going to offer her the placenta?" I was stunned and the nurse informed me that in the local maori tribe it is the usual custom and if you don't she will be very upset and may sue the hospital!

No, it is considered cannibalism in the Bible. I have enough sins to answer to without adding one so unnecessary.
-
Sure! Fried with enough garlic and onions and anything can be edible. Liver isn't awful if you smother it in onions. Topping with ketsup helps too! I can see ways to make it possible. For enough money to live the rest of my life in comfort, I'd do a lot of things. Having just lost my job, I am ready to eat worms if it would provide income!
-
Yes I would. i'd eat your face off for 50 million dollars. lol

Yes, I'd whip up a nice fondue.
