Go on a hike with a good moderate pace. Hills are good for you if you don't suffer from too much joint problems, otherwise stick to the flat walking areas.

I tend to bike around town a lot. I get tan and fit while finding new areas of the city that I haven't been to before. I also enjoy my town's bike trails too!

I go to the Gym and do circuits. Use the running machine I swim and I take a dance class when I can. Lately I have been unable to do any of the above and feel terrible because of it.

I have found pushups to be the best overall exercise. Another thing that you can do is stand in a doorway and put your hands and feet against the edges and then push really hard until you can't push any longer. Crunches can be hard on your back. I devised a way to do them that my chiropractor friend says is better: lay on your back; pull your heels up to you butt; put your chin on your chest and your fingertips on the floor by your sides. Now, chrunch up and come back almost all the way but not quite. Keep your chin on your chest. Repeat. Do them slowly. Another good exercise is to stand up straight and touch you knee to your chest. Try 40 of those.

running is what i many do, but somtimes it just doesnt work for some people. what ever part of your body you stress the most while running is the one thats going to be stronger. swimming is good for you. um...football is good, any kind of sport really weight lifting would be good, oh and if you run, walk, and jog itll help your legs at least 40% more.

I got myself a 3ft x 3 ft trampoline. I jump away every day. Don't need a lot of room for it either. I hate to hear people say I don't have time, I don't know how. This is bull. Anyone can set this up during lunch hour. Exercise and have fun like I do.

get a big long shoe box mostly that had boots in it, then place a short stool on top and do 20 jumps over it. take a 2 minute break between the 20 reps and do 100 a day. do 100 every day 5 times a week and in a month you will have awesome legs.

If you are a couch potato just get up off the couch and sterch every time a commercial comes on.

I have a treadmill. some weights, an exercise ball, etc. But you can use milk jugs filled with water or canned vegetables or drinks, or just do push-ups or planks or hey, you've got a computer, right? Just youtube an exercise routine and join in! If you're seeing this from the library then look up some exercises you can do at home, but walking is one most people can do and if not look up the chair exercises.
