I used canned diced tomatoes for spaghetti sauce last. We don't eat a lot of canned vegetables ... too salty and mushy for us. Canned corn is usually OK though.

look i dont know who told you about that. but she was not a vegetable. she just was not a bright girl. and i didnt eat her out on the can. it was in the shower.

Beans, any other thing from a can I just cannot eat. I guess it is a mental thing. I just cannot get over the thought how long it has been in there. I know it is an irrational thought, since I do not think kidney or chilibeans are gross when out of a can, canned stuff is for when a war breaks out OR when you are not a weirdo like me and don't freak out :P

I prefer them fresh or frozen, but I do love canned spinach and that was probably the last.

Some sort of beans. Probably navy beans. Oddly, some people don't consider beans to be vegetables.

Something in a shelf stable meal delivered by meals on wheels like beans and weenies, or beef stew or chicken stew that comes in a small can.

I don't eat canned vegetables. Only fresh or part of a prepared meal.

None. I sometimes eat vegetables on a plate with the rest of the dinner and not from a can.
