I suppose it depends on the individual seeing it. If you haven't seen any of the other movies, or read any of the books, it may not be worth seeing, at least until you've caught up. However, for me, the movie is definitely worth seeing! I'm super excited about it, in fact, I'm going to book my tickets right after dinner.

I have to say that as a fan of the books, I found Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix DIRE! But I will go to see Half Blood Prince, because there is a tiny part of me that hopes it'll be good. I doubt it very much though, especially with Emma Watson's awful overacting eyebrows and 'Dumbledore's' ridiculous anger management problems *sob*

My 11 year old son read all the books before he turned 10. My boyfriend and I bought 4 tickets today, and are going to see it in two days time when it comes out in South Africa, with my 11 year old, and 10 year old sons, and are looking forward to it.

Well, going off past experiences such as knowing that: 1. Every book was phenomenal. 2. The first movie was great. 3. Second movie still great! 4. Third movie should have gone straight down the crapper. 5. Fourth movie was..... what? 6. The fifth movie shows DEFINITE signs of improvement. So is it worth seeing? Probably not. But any movie could probably not be worth seeing, so I shall anyhoos.
