My understanding is that the proper way to become a "mad hatter" is to ingest mercury. I'm sure that if you do, you will either be invited to the party, or you won't care whether you are invited to the party.

There is a sign in the tea party room that says you can get presents. Sit on the chairs to recieve them - some chairs aren't very nice but others are (if I remember correctly it's the plain-looking chairs that will give you good presents, but I've only played this once so maybe it's random)

First you need to ask for an invite and be accepted,or otherwise the Hatter will get as mad as a Mad Hatter. One must dress appropriately ,and bring their own tea cup,as many could be broken at this party.Never mention time to the March hare for he always seems to be running late.Alice herself is quite reserved and pleasant.Good luck.

I don't know exactly what you mean, but in trying to stay serious, despite several attempts to be less than somber about this, I think I can help you. If you want to join mad hatter's tea party in kingdom hearts in alice and wonderland level, you have to read the letter on the right side of the table. Once you do that, you will be able to sit in any or all of the chairs one by one, and you will either get magic bubbles, money, a mixture, or enemies, which will make the table disappear, forcing you to leave and come back to resume the party, though you might have to go a couple of screens away to do it again.
