Not unless its out of control, like in spurts. That's sort of creepy.

I cringe like a mother f&%$#@ at the sight of blood...I can't even look at a healing wound where just a light, transparent layer of skin is covering some muscle without freakin' out. My own blood, however, I can look at all day and go vampiristic on myself with it. lol I'm a little weird with that.
