No, I try to drink some water hoping that it will hydrate me and help my brain function better, giving me better dreams.
-
Usually it takes me a little bit to get back to sleep.
-
No, if I go right back to sleep I go right back into the nightmare. I have to get up, turn on a light, walk around a bit, fully wake up and THEN go back to bed.
-
It only takes about 5-10 minutes for me to go back to sleep.
-
Yes, I've had very few that I can remember.
-
Never I try to stay awake for at least 10 min. or so. If I go back to sleep right away I carry on the same dream:(
-

-
yeah, I usually want to go kick the shit of who or whatever had disturbed my slumber... If I find it hard to fall back asleep I count magic beans in my head untill one sprouts high in the sky and I climb it to go jack around with what or whomever it is with a little bit of "how do YOU like it biach" but most of my dreams are pretty good.
-
@#$% No! I analyze it to death! ;-)

That depends. If the monster killed me, why, I don't even wake up.
-
No. I lay there for ages.
-
I do - because I am usually exhausted from it. It is after the peaceful dreams that give me a problem - I am usually so rested that I can no longer sleep.
-
Hi Zack, very interesting question! No not immediately, but I do go back to sleep. As for the nightmare, I often remember it for many days or weeks. What about you?

Yes, I take a deep breath before I go back to sleep.

-
No, I always have to pee before I can get back to sleep.
-
No! I can't. I turn the lights on and collect myself...if I don't I end up right back in the nightmare. :-/
-
Usually, although if it was particularly strong and freaky, I have a smoke first. I do like to muse over my nightmares though. It's like free horror movie night!
-
No
-
NO way I can not go back to sleep, I usually go into the living room and sit there for a bit then try and figure out why I had this horrible dream and try to get back to sleep and then I wind up staying up the rest of the night until I get tired enough again to go back to sleep
-
Pretty much yeah. I found that if I turn my head to the other side, I won't have reruns.
-
No. When I wake up from a nightmare (usually during a series of nightmares), I wake up at one of the usual times that I get up at in the morning.
-
