an empty wallet, I don't know if that is the problem or the cure because my scoliosis is getting better but the boredom level has increased 100 fold.

Nothing - unless maybe, occasionally, a tissue!! Better to put anything important like money and/or keys in your front pockets where you can monitor them better.
