I have not signed any contract to use any realtors exclusively. i get lists from different realtors and want to be able to use any of these realtors. Is this ok to do?

On the buyer side this is ok, but the realtors themselves will frown on it because of course they want a commitment that they will find a home for you, if you are a listing a home you can only use one realtor at a time. I would suggest trying to find a realtor that you field comfortable with and trust and try to give him or her your business. He or she will work harder for you know that you are using them exclusively. Have you been pre-qualified yet for a purchase?
