I could never be a Canadian as I am a Tex-Mex but I know for sure that they are great at playing hockey.

Very easily! I lived in Canada for 7 years and was within a couple of months of being elgible to apply for Canadian citizenship when my wife and I split. I could not afford to live in Canada on my retirement salary so I had to return to Texas. I have always been so upset about not being able to obtain my citizenship there.
