  • Hopefully not. I think that other candidates have a better shot than she does.
  • I think she stands a good chance, but I hope she does not get into office.
  • Maybe! Either way I think America is gearing up for something new, like a black president or a woman. It'll be interesting to see which comes first.
  • Unfortunately, I don't believe the US will vote in a female or a minority. Most people haven't evolved in their thinking. I am guessing we will probably get another white republican male over the age of 50.
  • I hope not. she bites. We definitely need a female pres though.
  • If she is and you live near an important city you better move. Her and terrorists go hand in hand.
  • I hope its not Hillary.
  • What about Condoleeza Rice?
  • Almost all of them seem like they would play everything very safely if they were elected. That scares me for some reason. But, anyhow, probably.
  • You left yourself for only one answer , the way your question is asked - I don't think Hilary would be right , Her husband already gave it a shot and it just doesn't fit , to Have a husband as one and then a wife
  • Hard to say, I would take a guess and say clinton, yeah. however would that be the best choice for the country? No! Clinton is a puppet of special interest groups, she panders to both the left and the right, while making no progress. Ron Paul [R] would be the best in my opinion, he is a real republican, small government, non federal intervention in state policies (AKA:no need to worry that he would try to screw up individuals rights such as gay marriage bans) and he wants to get out of Iraq ASAP. He is also against ANY kind of destruction of the constitution, the best way to describe him would be that he's an honest man working a politicians job. (and you can check his voting records for proof!) Besides that, Edwards is a close second, he wants to leave Iraq, and wants to reform many of the vital parts of american life. Behind that would be Obama, I know that he's against the Iraq war, and that he's a straight shooter on many things, but I question his effectiveness as a president, I don't know if he has the experience needed to make the changes needed by our society.
  • Maybe, but I know many Democrats who would vote Republican if she wins the Democratic nomination. And I also have some co-workers who are thinking of moving out of the country if she wins.
  • If she is we are doomed.
  • I hope not, i hope it will be Rudy Giuliani, i can't believe that the only choice the democrats have is a woman or a african-(muslim?) american.
  • Not if she keeps playing the "woman card," answering questions in a completely convoluted way, and flip-flopping on important issues. The only thing she has going for her is her universal health care agenda, and even that is beginning to look pretty mediocre. Edit I: Oh wait, I forgot. Americans don't want someone intelligent who answers questions in a direct manner. They want someone who will continue to spoon-feed them mental opiates and tell them that they'll fix things tomorrow. Remember, people, with politicians, tomorrow never comes.
  • I think at this rate it is a very good possibility.
  • I do believe she will.
  • I think that the one who should win is the one that deserves to win! I am not one to approve of women being in superior roles at all, but if that is what this country chooses?
  • I believe that Senator Hillary R. Clinton has a real chance to become the first female president of the U.S.
  • I pray the voters of America are smarter than that. If they buy the lies and deception they deserve the wrath they shall receive. She is the least qualified person to ever have any real chance of holding the office. She is also the most dangerous to the foundation of America as her priciples and those who follow her line of thought are totally opposite of everything America was founded upon and has thrived upon. She is a figurehead for those that wish to undermine all that is good in America and good people can only pray that she is defeated and a message is sent out that American still stands for freedom, democracy, individual choice, and righteousness, Not deceipt, corruption, and socialism.
  • 1) In the US, she has chances. 2) For the rest of America, there have already been some: - Michelle Bachelet - Chile http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michelle_Bachelet - Mireya Moscoso - Panama http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mireya_Moscoso - Janet Jagan - Guyana http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Janet_Jagan - Rosalía Arteaga Serrano - Ecuador (Caretaker President) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosal%C3%ADa_Arteaga_Serrano - Ertha Pascal-Trouillot - Haiti (Interim President) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ertha_Pascal-Trouillot - Lidia Gueiler Tejada - Bolivia (Interim President) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lidia_Gueiler_Tejada - Isabel Martínez de Perón - Argentina http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isabel_Mart%C3%ADnez_de_Per%C3%B3n Further information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_elected_or_appointed_female_heads_of_state In Argentina, "Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, the spouse of Nestor Kirchner, won the October 2007 presidential election and will take office on December 10, 2007." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argentina#Government
  • I hope not, but that's got nothing to do with her sex.
  • Not if I can help it. I can't do much... but I'm one vote. And that's all the power any of us has.
  • i will celebrate the day! i think she has a good chance!
  • yeap a Woman MRS Hillary Clinton will be the nex president of USA.I kown sounds crazy but, is the destiny of this country.don't forget these words.
  • AMERICANS VOTE FOR HILLARY CLINTON REMENBER BILL CLINTO THE GOOD 8 YEARS WE HAD IN USA.
  • I certainly have no problem with a female President, and she may well win. That said, my screen name is indicative of my feelings regarding Ms. Clinton's suitability for the position.
  • I hope not or I'm moving to Canada!
  • she can be the next president. And, if she does become our president. lets just hope, that our country is in better hands now..
  • she has a good chance if she chooses obama as her running mate.
  • No, I honestly don't. She has negatives of 47% nationally - that's political slang for "would rather vote a trained monkey into office than her." Those haven't been overcome in what is already the longest presidential campaign in history (Hillary's), and speaks volumes about the little that will change between now and a general election. Elections of late have always been decided by "undecided voters." Hillary is a polarizing political figure - either you are for her, or you are against her. There is hardly an "in-between." Indeed, Hillary's nomination is the last thing the Democratic party would want. If Hillary is the nominee, the GOP base will be energized and come out in swarms to offer a referendum on the Clinton name and Hillary herself. Call it unfair, but agree with me that it would happen. The energy of the base would keep red states red and push swing states toward GOP. John McCain would likely be elected and many GOP congressmen-elect would ride his coattails. Hillary Clinton's campaign is currently struggling - they are basically guaranteed no good news until at least March 4 (Texas and Ohio) - until then Barack Obama will sweep the news cycles with his string of wins. No good news means a struggle for donations - and it's already common knowledge that some Hillary campaign workers worked January without pay, and Hillary herself gave her campaign a $5 million loan. Independent pundits have shown that Barack Obama not only does better than Hillary in a head-to-head with John McCain, but also suggest that Hillary must win at least 56% of the popular vote of the remaining contests to have enough pledged delegates to exceed Obama's, when all is said and done. Nearly all of the states have broken 50/50 so far; Hillary hardly won her own state of NY by more than 56%. The remaining contests will see a surging desperation on the part of the Clinton camp, as more attack ads are launched and Hillary, Bill and others may make news with harsh words for Barack. The reality is that Hillary must run the table pretty solidly to have a shot at the nomination, and the current trend shows that to be borderline insurmountable.
  • I don't think so, but what do I know?
  • OH god I hope not!!!
  • Let's hope and pray that her stupid ass does not win. America will be in sad shape if that idiot becomes our next president.
  • YES, YES SHE DOES MAKE ME SICK!!!!!!!!!!!! NO, No not qualified!!!! Also, people who can process what her camp has been doing... Clintonianisms- renaming/double talking, lies and manipulations. At the moment they are working to force votes over to the GOP; so that Obama losses the nomination... She nows that Republicians are out there voting for her so they have a better chance!!! like she'll win or something!!! Florida & Michigan went against the DNC and should deal with it!! People did not go out to vote because they were told it would not count!! I know that there are a lot of tards in this country due to the public school system, but OMG! This important position should be treated with much more respect!! Sneaks should never be president!!!
  • Possibly, but a low probability ... personally, as a Canadian, I hope not ... .
  • Hopefully not
  • No, DeepThroat Harris is set to replace Biden, then Killary will be shoehorned into the vacated VP position. The DNC will then ballot-fraud Harris into a second term, after which, they will ballot-fraud Killary into the presidency.
  • No! Thank God!
