When I'm outside walking. My usual limit is 4 blocks in what ever direction. Home I prefer my stair stepper with cords and weights on my ankles.

The only exerting cardio workout I like is a rowing machine. Walking is preferred but I don't walk at a pace to exert myself. I can enjoy some light weight lifting as well, but not for every muscle (I despise working my hamstrings, no clue why).
