not a chance in hell i'm sticking with XP until it's obsolete
-
Nope, I can't
-
No, I just started using it a month ago, and I don't see any benefits, and it doesn't have auto spell check, with my dyslexia, I am making MANY MISTAKES, LOL, people are laughing at me, haha.
-
You can't use more than 3GB of RAM. Is that good enough?
-
All the cool kids are doing it. :3
-
Nope, I can't. Vista came on a new laptop I bought. That is the only reason I use it. I sure get tired of Big Bill and his company deciding that I'm too stupid to know what is going on with my computer; them pretending to know what I need better that I know myself. And, have you checked out that new Hotmail "CRAP?" Damn, you got me started now. I'll have to have several shots of scotch tonight to settle down. ;-) Thanks
-
On the contrary, stick with XP until Win7 comes out.
-
if you are happy with XP - no
-
Only if you're fond of checkdisk.
-
What? Switch? I just got XP in last Fall. I used Windows ME up until then. I haven't heard anything good about Vista.
-
Vista is aesthetically appealing, lawl. Keep XP, apparently Vista stuff is phasing out faster than XP.
-
Sorry, I can't
-
Is this a hypothetical wherein all Linux OSs have ceased to exist? If not, no.
-
I still have XP Zack and so far it still works OK. I have heard lots of bad things about Vista, so I'm in no hurry to get it. BTW, {{{{NICE AVATAR}}}} I'm a little biased..hehe
-
Do not do it no no no no no no no no no
-
DON'T DO IT! I have Vista and I HATE it! : ((
-
Bill Gates needs the fundage.
-
As of right now .... no. I've been reading reviews for a long time and it seems that the only people that are happy with Vista are people that have computer technician skills. As for the general public, most hate it.:)
-
on one hand, microsoft has phased out all xp stuff, so you might find your system obsolete soon. BUT, windows 7 will be coming out in the near future, so i'd suggest you hold out for that.
-
No, I can't. I don't think there is one. I could offer you several reasons *not* to, but I'll leave that to others for now. I could offer you several good reasons to switch to Linux.
-
Probably your XP crashed?? And you don't want to use a pirated version. If not, I'd still suggest you the XP rather than Vista. Or you just upgraded your RAM to a GB or more and you don't wanna waste your resource on something that doesn't need it.
-
disregard
-
Like most others, I can't give you one good reason. Microsoft even has a downgrade available to go from Vista to XP for many customers! XP is scheduled to be supported until 2014. Vista only until 2012 last I checked! Wait a few years until most of the bugs are ironed out of Windows 7!
-
one reason is to waste your money. your welcome. lol
-
No considering that only using windows vista requires at least 2000mb Ram. Use windows xp it's the best so far, if you ask me :)
-
No, wait for Windows 7.
-
You are into hardcore S&M and your current master doesn't flog you enough?
-
You always secretly wanted a really overpriced paper weight
-
much much more secure

When you copy a bunch of stuff to a folder that might have the same thing(s) it will ask you whether you want to make a copy(2) of it rather then just replace the existing file with the same name or not copy at all.
