A little bit too much information on your personal life there, but if you are in a lesbian relationship then I believe that it is considered sex when it is done in the manner you have suggested.

I'm going to keep this very simple- yes

It depends on what you mean by "virginity." If you define "virginity" as merely the presence of intact hymen (the "cherry"), then removing it -- surgically, or by accident, or in an act of sex (penetration by a penis, fingers, or an object) -- means that the "virginity" is over. Most people save the word "virginity" to mean some kind of sexual contact, even rape. Whether the person doing the penetration is female or male doesn't matter; a sex act involving penetration (for females) or ejaculation (for males) is generally considered a loss of virginity, even if the hymen remains in place. Keep in mind that some women are born without a hymen, or with only a partial hymen, or with a hymen that gets damaged just in the normal course of little-kid life. This is part of what makes child sexual abuse so hard to prove (or, in the case of someone falsely accused, so hard to defend against). Also, all hymens have a hole in them in order to permit the blood of the menstrual cycle to pass through. If a person DIDN'T have a hole in her hymen, one would need to be made surgically after menarche (puberty, when her period begins). Three people in a row choosing you as their first sexual experience is kind of unusual, and puts a big responsiblity on you. It sounds like the first two relationships are already over. You might want to hold off a little bit before startng a third sexually intimate affair. :)

Obviously she thinks highly of you. The simple question is do you want to do it? If you do it, you are popping her cherry. Don't let your mind get caught up on labels.

No, I don't. For me losing your virginity is to have sex with a guy... I have been sexualy involed with guys and girls, but I did not have sex with one of them. I don't see it as loosing my virginity because they fingered me. But as you can see here you have alot of differrent answers, so you can decide on your own if you are taking her virginity, but I say no =)

I am a guy. I think that a woman loses her virginity when she is penetrated into her vagina by a lover. Most of the time it is the boy friend, or else a male-friend of the girl. But in this case it seems it will be a female friend. If you girls are going to kiss and cuddle, there is no penetration involved, but if you are using a strap-on so that you can penetrate her, then by all means it is a case of los of virginity. In this case you are not an accident ( like falling of a balcony onto a stalk ) nor a sad case of a woman being raped, in which case although technically penetrated by a criminal, that penetration would not be product of concensual and affectionate encounter. In this case you are , in an affectionate and consensual manner, agreeing ( both ) to engage in a sexual practice by which she will be penetrated by a lover. You are the lover in this case, and the lover does not have to be an official boyfriend, it can be a male friend, or in this case, a willing female friend with the equipment to do so. I talk about equipment, because like I said before, a simple cuddling, kissing and touchin/caressing of intimate parts involves no penetration, in this case, with a strap on, and with the consensual understanding that you will be a loving participant in the event, yes, you will be penetrating her and she will lose her virginity. The fact that it is not a man does not matter, you can cover the sun with your hand, but the sun ain't going anywhere. Hope you have a great time .

Technically, yes! You are breaking the seal on her love chamber.

You will probably want to use certain toys and/or vegetables instead of just fingering her to make sure that her hymen is gone for good. Also, if you want to be 100% POSITIVE that she is deflowered, you could always ask a guy to penetrate her for a few seconds AFTER you have had your way with her...of course, I'm not sure how open you'll be to that, but you never know...

I suppose that depends on weather this is a lesbian act or just one friend helping out another. If it is a lesbian act, done while you two are making love, then yes I suppose that you could say you popped her cherry. However if this is just something that your friend asked your to do fore some reason, like a procedure, then no, it would not be an accurate statement.
