I looooove dogs! I don't own one now due to my landlord's policy on pets, but i'd love to own a Beagle!! I'd call him Mr.Calvin Tucker! So that when he's all happy and purdy i'd be all :"Hey Mr. Tucker! What's up Mr. Tucker! You happy today huh?... etc." But when he did something bad, i'd yell :"CAAAAAAAAALVIN!!!!".... sounds like the chipmunks :P

I live in a tiny apartment, so no. My mom and step-dad have a dog though. His name is Taz, and he is a ten-year old puppy. I mean he's old, but he acts just like a puppy when you have a stick or a frisbee ready to throw. He is a Black Lab-Newfoundland mix. When it's been awhile since his last haircut, he looks like a small, smiling bear. He really is a great dog. He gets up early in the morning, moving real slow, almost groaning like an old man at having to move his joints. The second someone goes out on the porch and touches a stick, frisbee, rock, or tennis ball, he starts hopping like a puppy, and darts off the porch and into the back yard as soon as its thrown.

I've always had dogs until they die of old age. My latest is a Great Dane pup named Merlin. He is just over 5 months and weighs about 70 lbs so he is quite a handful but so much fun!
